Commitment to Ethical Practices and Eradication of Modern Slavery

Uncovered Design Studio Ltd is wholeheartedly committed to conducting business in a manner free from exploitation, including all forms of modern slavery and human trafficking within our operations and supply chain. This statement is made pursuant to Section 54(1) of the Modern Slavery Act 2015 and constitutes our company’s slavery and human trafficking statement for the financial year ending 2024.

Our Policies on Slavery and Human Trafficking

Our commitment to ensuring that our business dealings are transparent, ethical, and free from any form of modern slavery is unwavering. To this end, we have implemented policies and procedures designed to:

  • Conducting audits of suppliers’ practices and policies in relation to modern slavery.
  • Requiring all suppliers to attest that they comply with the Modern Slavery Act 2015.

Training and Awareness

To ensure a high level of awareness and understanding of the risks of modern slavery and human trafficking in our supply chains and business, we provide training to our staff, particularly those involved in procurement and supply chain management. This training is designed to equip them with the knowledge to identify risk areas and respond appropriately.
